Terms of Service - Firmware Drive

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Firmware Drive, including all folders, files, subscription plans, and related services (the "Service"). By accessing, browsing, or downloading anything from Firmware Drive, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Acceptable Use

To keep the Service reliable and fair for everyone, the following actions are strictly prohibited:

Re-uploading, mirroring, or publishing files obtained from Firmware Drive on any other website or platform.
Sharing your account credentials or access with anyone else, including friends, colleagues, or family members.
Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of our systems or network, or attempting to circumvent any security or authentication measure.
Reverse-engineering, tampering with, or attempting unauthorized access to our services, related systems, or data.
Placing an unreasonable load on our infrastructure, including excessive automated requests, scraping, or bandwidth abuse.
Registering or operating more than one account. Accounts found in violation may be suspended without prior notice.

Plans, Downloads & Files

Some sections of the catalog (for example, specific device brands) may carry their own download limits in addition to your plan's normal allowance.
Subscription plans are subject to the time period, bandwidth, and fair-use limits shown on the Pricing page at the time of purchase.
Files are provided as-is. We do not guarantee compatibility with any specific device, tool, or third-party software, and we are not responsible for how a file is used once downloaded.
We do not provide instructions or support for using the files themselves - our support covers access to your account and downloads, not the technical use of firmware/tool files. Where available, usage notes are included with the file itself.
Some files are distributed as provided by their original source and may reference or bundle tools that require credentials issued directly by the tool's manufacturer (for example, official brand-specific flashing tools). We do not hold or issue these credentials and cannot provide them.
We keep a record of activity needed to operate your account and enforce these Terms, including your IP address, download history, and purchase history.

Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

Purchases are handled under our Refund Policy, Return Policy, and Cancellation Policy.

Privacy
