Return Policy

Because Firmware Drive sells digital goods rather than physical products, a "return" works a little differently than it would for a physical item - it means requesting a refund and, where applicable, having the related plan or file access canceled on your account. Our full eligibility rules are set out in our Refund Policy; this page explains how to actually request one.

How to Request a Return

  1. Sign in to your account and note the order or invoice number for the purchase in question.
  2. Contact our support team and let us know why you're requesting a return - include any evidence that supports your request (screenshots, error messages, etc.).
  3. We'll review your request against our Refund Policy, usually within a few business days, and let you know the outcome.

Please Contact Us First

If you open a dispute or chargeback directly with your bank or payment provider instead of contacting our support team first, we won't have the chance to resolve the issue directly with you. While a dispute is investigated, we may need to suspend your account and access to purchased content until it's resolved. Contacting us first is almost always faster.

Timing

We aim to review every return request within 7 days of purchase for "not as described" claims, and as soon as possible for unused-item or corrupted-file requests. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method where possible, or credited to your Firmware Drive wallet balance.

Our Technical Support Team is always available for timely, professional assistance.
