Cancellation Policy

This policy covers canceling an active or auto-renewing subscription plan on Firmware Drive. If you're looking to request a refund instead, see our Refund Policy and Return Policy.

Cancelling Auto-Renew

If you enabled auto-renew on a plan (available when paying by card), you can turn it off at any time from Account → Packages. Once turned off:

• Your plan will not be charged or renewed again.
• You keep full access to your plan's remaining allowance until the end of the current period you already paid for.
• Turning off auto-renew does not retroactively refund the current period - see our Refund Policy for when a refund is available instead.

One-Time Plans

Plans purchased without auto-renew simply expire at the end of their period and don't need to be canceled; nothing will renew automatically.

Canceling for a Refund

If you'd like to cancel a plan and request a refund because you haven't used it (0% usage) or it was delivered incorrectly, that's handled as a refund request - see our Refund Policy for eligibility and our Return Policy for how to reach us.
